Information Collected

We collect two types of information from you: 1) information that you voluntarily provide to us through the Software product 2) information derived from tracking mechanisms.

1) We collect the login credential used to access the app and contact information from the app. This may include first name, last name, job title, company name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.

2) We collect data from unique identifiers assigned from your use of the app in addition to IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We only use your login credential to administer accounts. For security purposes, we advise you to NOT use the same password on other accounts outside of this app. We provide data on aggregate to our advertisers that is non-personally identifiable.

We assign a unique identifier and collect IP address to better understand app usage, enhance the performance of services, maintain the app, verify users, secure the app, and analyze data from the app.

We may transfer personally identifiable information as an asset in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of our business, or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale, or other change in control.

We may disclose contact information in special cases where we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the EULA, engaging in illegal or unlawful activities, or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, or anyone who could be harmed by such activities.
